How to Place an Order

1) ONLINE: This is the easiest, fastest and very secure method. Just complete the online ordering process. This can be securely used for checks as well as credit cards.

PayPal is the authorized payment processor for Health Lifeline. You can pay securely with PayPal, an eBay company.

2) MAIL ORDERS: Send your order by mail to:

Mail orders can be entered on the web site. This will allow you to print and send a copy of the order to us. Include your check or Money Order payable to Cleveland & Brooks for the total amount, including S & H, if applicable (see below). Be sure to provide your email address so that we can provide shipping information to you.

Orders paid by check are shipped immediately after the check clears. If you wish to pay by check or money order for your order, you can save time and expense by using the PayPal eCheck option when checking out, instead of ordering by mail. You'll also receive your order faster and be covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection.

Tracking Your Order

When we receive your order, an email acknowledgement with a confirmation number is sent to you.
